Het dichtstbijzijnde metrostation bij het Porto Palácio Congress Hotel & Spa is het metrostation Francos, dat ongeveer 10 minuten te voet van het hotel ligt. Om de locatie vanaf het station te bereiken, hoeft u alleen maar het metrostation te verlaten en langs de Avenida da Boavista richting het centrum te lopen.
